Our products are made to order and printed specifically for you. This means our refund and return policy is different from traditional retail.

General Policy (No Returns)

  • Because our products are made to order, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an item has been printed or shipped.
  • We do not accept returns due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect size, or color preference.
  • Please make sure to check your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions (Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items)

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Email us at nagilabo777@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll be happy to review your case and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
  • Please note: In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item before sending a replacement.
